  1. A style is very much multiple things. This is also possibly why it takes time to develop a style. You learn things and then add them until the combination becomes your personal style. This also can make it very hard to define what a given style is. It is very much “I don’t know what it is, but I know it when I see it.” With time we will most likely develop more than one style. You wouldn’t use the same style on a landscape photo as you would on a portrait. So most photographers have more than one style. This is a little different than most musicians as most musicians usually only play one type of music. But those that do play more than one type of music also most likely have more than one style.
