Hello Jeff,

Just wanted to say I really enjoy your podcast. It gives a valuable insight to the kind of creative decisions that come to play in photography. Keep up the great work!

Adam;

Yes, Mary Virginia Swanson's book “THE BUSINESS OF PHOTOGRAPHY: PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES” http://www.mvswanson.com/businessbook/index.php is really, really outstanding. If you have any interest in putting your work out there into the larger world, it's really one of the definitive resources out there.

For the amount of information in the book, it's a bargain.

Thanks for the quick response. I think that I may not have made myself clear; I was talking about the book "THE BUSINESS OF PHOTOGRAPHY: PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES" that she is selling - http://www.mvswanson.com/businessbook/index.php as living in the UK will mean that I can't attend (though I would love to).

PS: reading the Susan Sontag: On Photography book that you reccomended at present - It is amazing and is giving me lots to think about.

Hi, Adam;

It's not a book... it's a presentation about the basics of podcasting and yes, it could be useful for everyone, inside and outside of the US.

Is the book good for people who don't live within the USA? It sounds like just what I am after.
